Mrinal Gokhale is a writer, author, and speaker based in Wisconsin. Her writing explores the intersectionality of the South Asian identity in relation to mental health, neurodiversity, disability, trauma, and more. Both of her books are anthologies that include true stories featuring interviews with South Asian individuals. Since her publication, Mrinal has been interviewed on podcasts, hosted writing workshops, and featured as a guest writer for publications like Brown Girl Magazine, ADDitude, Mochi Mag, and NeuroClastic. Mrinal's inspiration to write about mental health and its stigma in the South Asian diaspora stems from her former background as a journalist. She has a Bachelor's degree in marketing.
