"Dominic F. Gangale is a local author from New Philadelphia. He and his Father originally arrived from Italy, when he was eleven years old. During the last fifty years he has lived with his family in the Sugarcreek area, which he refers to as ""God's Country.""
His writing was triggered by the loss of his wife. During the last - six years - he has continued writing. His first book, The Greater the Love, The Deeper the grieving, revealed the grief and depth of his loss. His sixth novel, Bridging the Amish Gap, is a love story about overcoming cultural differences.
