My darling wife is doing what she enjoys the most. She gets dirty in the yard while, me, her devoted husband, admires her gardening skills. With over 700 varieties of hostas planted in the ground, she is having more fun one could possibly have. The more hostas, the more fun is our motto in this house.
The summers are spent with blissful togetherness as she tells me where to did the holes for the new $200 hostas she just bought. The winters are spent with quality time buying more hostas during the online hosta auctions.

I wrote this book because my house was mentioned by another author in his book. At the time he wrote his book, my house was the other author's brother's house. Stockholders want customers to spend as much money as possible. Corporate tries to please both masters. The brave savvy heroic customer service associate keeps the enterprise going. The customer service associates are the heroes and heroines.
This book is a humorous view of Customer Service. The problem of wrong customer service occurs before the customer enters into the business to engage in a service or a product. The analogy is that there is a hole in the dam and there is water damage downstream from the dam. Everyone is concentrating on managing the downstream damage, rather than fixing the hole in the dam. The hero, the customer service employee, has the solution to all poor customer service issues. I use humor and make the employee empowered to stop poor customer service before the customer utters the first word. I introduce a way that will solve all the Customer Service issues.
