The Pure World Comes
Shirley Dobbins, a maid living in Victorian England, thinks going to work at the estate of the Baronet Hunting will be a huge boon to her career. However, strange things happen at the baronet's manor, the Hunting Lodge, and as Shirley finds herself becoming wrapped up in the baronet's scientific research, her life is set on a course she never could have predicted.
When Rose Taggert wakes up with no memory of the past two years, she finds herself inexplicably turning into a plant/human hybrid. As those around her react to her new biology, she finds out that not everything is as it seems, leading to a desperate fight for survival.
