Author Bio

Elizabeth is happy to say that it is never too late and you are never too old to pursue your dream. She published her first children's picture book in 2022 when she was 50 years old. It was also the year that she learned she had ADHD and autism. Elizabeth has two daughters. Her older daughter has ADHD and her younger daughter has autism. Her husband also has ADHD. Elizabeth has seen first hand in her childhood and in her older daughter's life that being different isn't the easiest path. Her first two children's picture books focus on helping kids see differences in a positive light.

Elizabeth lives in Cincinnati with her husband, younger daughter (22 with autism), and a chocolate lab named Lucy. Her older daughter (23 with ADHD) has moved out. She is originally from Chicago and finds Cincinnati winters rather dull. Her primary enjoyment is her writing and illustrating. When taking a break from her writing, she enjoys reading, sewing, Bible study, building Legos, and photography.

Theodora writes "grown up" fiction. Her first short story was published just this year in an anthology. She has more than one novel waiting in the wings for its turn. She hopes it won't be much longer until she can complete a novel and publish it.
